G2G GamePal & Game Coaching Rules and Guidelines

Welcome to G2G's GamePal & Game Coaching community! By using the service, you agree to abide by all the G2G’s policies & guidelines including but not limited to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other platform-wide regulations.

You further acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of service and usage policies of any third-party tools integrated into our platform, including communication services such as Zoom. For reference, Zoom’s terms can be found at:

It is your responsibility to review and adhere to both G2G's and our partners’ terms. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension, removal from the platform, or legal action, as deemed appropriate by G2G. To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all G2G GamePal & Game Coaching users, we have also established the following guidelines:

1. Content Restrictions

1.1 Hate Speech: We do not tolerate hate speech or content that incites violence or hatred against any individual or group based on attributes such as race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, religion, age, disability, or similar grounds. Any instances of hate speech will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.

1.2 Discrimination: Discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited. Treat all individuals and groups fairly and respectfully, regardless of age, disability, ethnicity, gender, marital status, race, religion, or sexual orientation.

1.3 Adult, Nudity, and Sexual Activity: Explicit content intended for sexual gratification, sexually explicit material involving minors, and content that exploits minors in any way are strictly forbidden. Additionally, any content depicting explicit sexual activity is not allowed.

1.4 Anti-Harassment: Harassment, including bullying, offensive comments, and unwanted advances, is not tolerated. Maintain respectful and appropriate communication at all times.

1.5 Politics and Sensitive Issues: Political opinions, policy debates, religious doctrines or disputes, socially controversial or divisive topics, or any personal or global issues likely to cause discomfort or spark heated arguments are prohibited from being mentioned or discussed during the session. Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment where everyone can focus on gaming and skill-building, free from potentially divisive topics like politics or sensitive issues.

2. Posting and Communication Guidelines

2.1 Advertising: Advertising of brands, products, services, or personal content requires prior permission from G2G.

2.2 Romantic Relationships: Seeking romantic relationships is not allowed through description, bios, or chat.

2.3 Spam: Any form of spam is prohibited.

2.4 Stalking and Harassment: Stalking, harassment, and bullying are strictly prohibited.

3. Proper Use of Services

3.1 Disruption and Security: Do not engage in activities that disrupt the service, compromise security, or harm the servers or networks connected to G2G.

3.2 Third-Party Applications: Do not create or use third-party applications without written consent from G2G.

3.3 Prohibited Actions/Conducts: Do not engage in any activity that violates our terms and conditions, including attempting to manipulate or undermine elections, promoting fake news, promoting any illegal, inappropriate, or harmful activity or encouraging any form of discrimination during the sessions. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Use or display of illegal drugs, weapons, or substances
  2. Lewd, abusive, or sexually explicit behavior
  3. Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination
  4. Activities that may violate local, national, or international laws

3.4 Platform Liability: G2G acts solely as a neutral intermediary and does not bear liability for the actions, conduct, or content of users during live sessions. However, G2G reserves the right to monitor and review recorded sessions periodically for audit and policy enforcement purposes. In the event of a dispute, report, or suspected policy violation, G2G may intervene and take appropriate action, including reviewing recordings, suspending accounts, or involving law enforcement when necessary. All sessions are recorded for transparency, safety, and quality control. G2G retains the right to share these recordings with relevant authorities if legally required or if user behavior constitutes a violation of law or our platform’s guidelines.

3.5 Enforcement and Dispute Resolution: G2G reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any user found to have violated G2G’s policies and guidelines, based on review of session recordings or credible reports. Users may submit reports or disputes through our support portal – support@g2g.com. G2G will assess such claims at its sole discretion using available evidence, including session recordings.

4. Seller and Buyer Responsibilities

4.1 GamePal & Game Coaching

  1. Buyer can report under “Seller Joined Late or Left Early” only if the seller’s total attendance is less than 85% of the purchased session duration.
  2. If the buyer or seller does not attend the session at all, it will be considered a "No Show."
  3. If the buyer No Show, the buyer shall not be entitled to any refund, and the seller will receive full credit for the session as if it were successfully completed.
  4. If the buyer leave mid-session or buyer's connection is down;
    - The seller needs to attend at least 85% based on the session or finish the session fully.

4.1 VOD Review

  1. Video File Requirement
    - Allowed file type: .MOV and .MP4 only
    - Max. number of files: No limit
    - Max. file size per file: 1 GB
    - Video Duration: No limit
  2. Pricing
    - Sellers can set their pricing per minute and specify a minimum purchase duration.
    - If the total uploaded video duration is shorter than the minimum required length, the buyer will not be able to proceed.
    - The system will round up video duration to the nearest minute for pricing calculations.
    Example: If a buyer uploads a 2-minute 34-second video, the system will round it up to 3 minutes, and the charge will be based on 3 minutes of pricing.

4.3 Platform Fee & Net Earnings

  1. The platform fee is charged per session and calculated based on the duration of the call and the associated technical costs. Included in the platform fee are video call and recording costs, which average around 0.022 USD per minute.
  2. Example – Platform Fee Calculation:
    30 minutes session
    0.022 USD x 30 minutes = 0.66 USD
    This fee will be charged to the seller and deducted alongside the commission fee.
  3. Example – Net Earnings Calculation:
    30 minutes session @ 1 USD per minute
    Session Price - Platform Fee - Commission Fee
    30 USD - 0.66 USD - (4.99% x 30 USD) = 27.83 USD

5. Accurate Deliveries and Descriptions

5.1 Accurate Descriptions: Sellers must provide accurate and truthful descriptions of their services. Deliverables should align with what is stated in the service description.

5.2 Punctuality: Both sellers and buyers are expected to adhere to agreed-upon session times. Punctuality ensures a respectful and smooth experience for all parties involved.

6. Professionalism and Conduct

6.1 Professionalism: Sellers are required to maintain a high level of professionalism throughout all aspects of their sessions. This includes communication, conduct, and content provided.

6.2 Unprofessional Behavior: Any form of unprofessional conduct, including offensive language, disrespectful behavior, or inappropriate content, will be subject to review by G2G and may impact the overall rating of the coach/seller.

7. Impact on Ratings

7.1 Rating Consideration: G2G takes professionalism and conduct seriously. Any reported unprofessionalism will be carefully reviewed, and appropriate actions will be taken, including the potential impact on a coach/seller's overall rating.

8. Rescheduling and Refunds

8.1 Buyer’s Side:

  1. Buyers have the option to reschedule their session one time. If a rescheduling request is made within 24 hours before the scheduled session start time, the Buyer must first obtain the Seller’s approval for the new timing. However, if the rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the session, the Buyer may reschedule the session freely without needing the Seller’s approval.
  2. If the buyer No Show, the buyer shall not be entitled to any refund, and the seller will receive full credit for the session as if it were successfully completed.
  3. If the seller didn't respond to the buyer's rescheduled request:
    - Prompt will be triggered by the system 12 hours before (If the session starts more than 24 hours), or 6 hours before (if the session is within 24 hours)
    - The session will automatically continue the session by the system.

8.2 Seller’s Side:

  1. In the circumstances where the seller intends to reschedule the session, it is incumbent upon the seller to obtain the approval of the buyer for all rescheduling requests.
  2. If the buyer leave mid-session or buyer's connection is down;
    - The seller needs to attend at least 85% based on the session or finish the session fully.
  3. If the buyer didn't respond to the seller's rescheduled request:
    - Prompt will be triggered by the system 12 hours before (If the session starts more than 24 hours), or 6 hours before (if the session is within 24 hours).
    - The session will automatically continue the session by the system.

9. Consequences for Violations

9.1 Violating these rules may result in temporary or permanent account bans, deletion of offending offers, and restricted access to the website. G2G reserves the right to take action at its discretion without any prior notice. Refer to Annex A for the consequences of violations.

10. Account Deletion

10.1 The administration of the service retains the right to delete suspicious accounts at its discretion without prior notice.

10.2 By participating in the G2G GamePal & Game Coaching community, you agree to adhere to these rules including but not limited to all G2G’s policies and contribute positively to the overall experience. Enjoy connecting with fellow gamers while maintaining a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.

11. Recording Disclaimer

11.1 All coaching or communication sessions conducted through G2G's integrated communication tools (including but not limited to Zoom) are automatically recorded for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes. By participating in a session, both sellers and buyers expressly consent to being recorded and monitored in accordance with applicable privacy laws. If the user does not wish to be recorded, please inform the host or leave the session.

11.2 In the event of a dispute arising from a session, G2G reserves the right to use automated tools or third-party services to generate a transcript of the recorded session for investigation purposes. This may involve transmitting the video or audio recording of the session to a third-party transcription platform that processes such data for the sole purpose of generating accurate textual content. G2G will take reasonable measures to ensure that any third-party transcription provider maintains appropriate confidentiality and data security practices. However, G2G shall not be held liable for any incidental data processing or storage that occurs during the transcription process, provided that it is conducted in good faith and solely for dispute investigation purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 By providing, recording, uploading, or distributing any content (including videos, recordings, images, or other materials) through our platform, the users affirms that they have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any trademarks, copyrighted works, or other protected content contained within their materials.

12.2 The users are solely responsible and liable for ensuring their content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or privacy rights of third parties.

12.3 Our platform acts solely as a facilitator of these services and does not assume any liability or responsibility for intellectual property violations arising from content provided by the users. The users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from such violations.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Initiation of Dispute

  1. A user can initiate a dispute by submitting a report through the platform’s Order Item section.
  2. The report case shall include the report category (e.g., session inactivity), supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, call recordings), and refund selection (G2G Store Credit or Payment Gateway refund).

13.2 Initial Review

  1. G2G support team shall review the submitted report to determine if it meets the requirements for investigation.

13.3 Investigation

  1. Both parties involved in the dispute may be asked to provide additional information or clarifications.
  2. If the call/session was recorded, the platform may review the recording as part of the investigation.
  3. The platform may impose temporary restrictions (e.g., holding payments) until the dispute is resolved.

13.4 Resolutions Proposal

  1. Full or Partial Refund (based on the investigation outcome).
  2. Dispute Dismissal if the claim is invalid or lacks sufficient evidence.

13.5 Refund Processing

  1. Refunds are processed based on the selected refund method:
    - G2G Store Credit (Processed within 24 hours).
    - Refund to Payment Gateway (processed within 1–14 working days and may have additional fees).
  2. G2G has the absolute discretion to determine the final refund method if necessary.
