Steps:
- Go to your account settings and click on "Privacy & Security".
- Click "Edit" on your current phone number.
- Verify your identity by entering your password / MFA.
- Input your new phone number. You need to enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your new phone number to complete the process.
Important Note:
For users in Indonesia, Malaysia, or Singapore who wish to change their phone numbers (including changes from these countries to others or vice versa), please be aware of the following:
- Loss of account balance: Once the change is complete, all G2G points, shopping vouchers, and seller balance will be cleared. If you are a G2G seller, all your store listings will be automatically deactivated.
- Supported phone numbers: G2G currently only supports mobile phone numbers from legitimate carriers. Landline, VoIP, or virtual numbers are not accepted.
- Blacklisted numbers: If your new number is on our blacklist, you will need to use a different number.
Essentially, changing your phone number for users in these specific regions will result in a complete reset of your account balance and seller information.
