How to Change Your Mobile Phone Number

To update your phone number on G2G:

  1. Go to Account Settings and click on “Privacy & Security”

  2. Click “Edit” next to your current phone number

  3. Verify your identity using your password or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  4. Enter your new mobile phone number

  5. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your new number to complete the update


⚠️ Important Notes (Applies to Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore users)

  • Loss of Account Balance
    Changing your phone number will result in all G2G Points, vouchers, and seller balances being cleared.
    If you’re a seller, all store listings will be automatically deactivated

  • Supported Phone Numbers Only
    G2G only accepts mobile numbers from legitimate carriers.
    Landlines, VoIP, and virtual numbers are not supported

  • Blacklisted Numbers
    If your new number is blacklisted, you’ll need to use a different one.
    G2G cannot override blacklist restrictions


Changing your phone number in these regions is considered a full reset of your account’s balance and seller-related data.
