How do I change my mobile phone number?

Steps:

  1. Go to your account settings and click on "Security Information".
  2. Click "Edit" on your current phone number.
  3. Verify your identity by entering your password.
  4. Input your new phone number. You will then need to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) to complete the process.

Important Note:

For users in Indonesia, Malaysia, or Singapore who wish to change their phone numbers (including changes from these countries to others or vice versa), please be aware of the following:

  • Loss of account balance: Once the change is complete, all G2G points, shopping vouchers, and seller balance will be cleared. If you are a G2G seller, all your store listings will be automatically deactivated.
  • Supported phone numbers: G2G currently only supports mobile phone numbers from legitimate carriers. Landline, VoIP, or virtual numbers are not accepted.
  • Blacklisted numbers: If your new number is on our blacklist, you will need to use a different number.

Essentially, changing your phone number for users in these specific regions will result in a complete reset of your account balance and seller information.
