1. Track your order by clicking on "My G2G" at the top menu and select "Purchase Orders". Click on the order number to check on the order status.
2. Seller may sometimes make partial delivery if it is a large quantity order. You may confirm receipt once the delivery has been made.
3. You may lodge a report against the seller by clicking on "File a complaint". Please provide a description of your complaint to assist in investigation.
4. Scroll down to History to view the order updates and remarks.
5. You may rate the seller once the order is in "Completed" status.
