How to edit rating?

Game Coins, Items, Accounts, GamePal, Coaching, Skins, Top Up

User may give a rating once after the order is completed. If you wish to edit the rating, please submit a ticket to us stating your reasons to do so. Please be aware that your request is subject to review and we reserve the right to deny the request if we did not find any basis to do so. Abuse of this feature will result in permanent rejection of such requests.

Gift Cards, Video Games, Software

User may give a rating once after the order is completed. If no rating is given 3 days after the order is completed, a positive rating will be given automatically. User may edit the rating once within 30 days and this can be done in your Order Details page and clicking on "View Rating". 

If you wish to appeal for a bad rating that you have received, please submit a ticket to us stating your reasons to do so. Please be aware that your request is subject to review and we reserve the right to deny the request if we did not find any basis to do so. Abuse of this feature will result in permanent rejection of such requests.
