Submitting and Editing Ratings
For Game Coins, Boosting & Coaching, and Skins:
Once your order is completed, you can leave a rating.
If you'd like to adjust your rating, please submit a support ticket with your reason.
We'll carefully review your request. While we aim to accommodate, we may not always be able to approve changes.
Important: Misuse of this feature may lead to future requests being declined.
For Gift Cards, Video Games, Software, Items, Accounts, Skins, and Top-Ups:
A rating can be submitted once the order is marked complete.
If no rating is submitted within 3 days, a positive rating will be applied automatically.
You can edit your rating within 30 days by visiting your Order Details page and selecting "View Rating".
Appealing a Rating You Received
If you’d like to appeal a rating given to you, you may submit a ticket and explain your concerns.
We review all appeals seriously, but please note that not all requests may result in a change.
To ensure fairness, repeated or abusive use of this feature may result in appeal requests being declined in the future.
