What is seller protection and how to qualify for it?

Seller protection offers instant payout to qualifying sellers regardless of the outcome the chargeback, thus providing them with protection. To view whether you are eligible, navigate to your profile page.

In order to qualify for seller chargeback protection, the following criteria must be met:

1. A minimum of two months of sales in G2G is required.

2. Sellers must promptly respond to email notifications for any chargebacks received, providing adequate proof of delivery.

3. The chargeback percentage MUST NOT EXCEED 0.5%.

4. Seller with 0 sales on cycle period is not eligible.

Eligible: Being eligible means receiving full protection, with an instant payout regardless of the chargeback outcome, as long as the chargeback percentage is equal to or below 0.5%, and at the same time providing adequate proof of delivery.

Non-Eligible: Non-eligibility entails the disputed amount being held until the Payment Gateway determines the chargeback outcome. If the outcome favors the seller, the amount will be released back to the seller. Conversely, if the outcome favors the buyer, the amount will be deducted. This policy applies to all types of chargeback reasons.
