Managing User Ratings

After completing your order for Game Coins, Boosting and Coaching, you can submit a rating to share your experience. If you’d like to adjust your rating, simply reach out by submitting a ticket and let us know the reason for the change. Please note, we’ll carefully review your request, and while we do our best to accommodate, we may not always be able to approve it. To ensure fairness, repeated misuse of this feature may result in future requests being declined.

For orders like Gift Cards, Video Games, Software, Items, Accounts, Skins, and Top-up services, you can also leave a rating once the order is complete. If no rating is given within 3 days, a positive rating will be automatically applied. You’ll have the option to edit your rating within 30 days by visiting your Order Details page and selecting "View Rating."

If you’d like to appeal a rating you’ve received, feel free to submit a ticket and share your concerns. We’ll review each appeal thoughtfully, but please understand that we may not be able to make changes in every case. To keep things fair for everyone, we kindly ask that this feature isn’t misused, as it may lead to future appeals being declined.
