The G2G rating system builds trust and transparency for all users. Ratings are final once the editing period ends. G2G Support does not manually change, remove, or edit ratings.
Guidelines for Sellers and Buyers
For Sellers: Provide excellent service to avoid low ratings. Communicate clearly with your buyer and deliver orders on time. High-quality service is the best way to ensure positive feedback.
For Buyers: Think carefully before you submit a rating. Your feedback affects the reputation of the seller. Once the editing window closes, your rating is permanent.
How to Submit and Edit Ratings
Submission: You can submit a rating after the order status is "Complete."
- Auto-Rating: If you do not submit a rating within 3 days, the system applies a positive rating automatically.
- Editing: You can edit your rating one time within 30 days. To make changes, go to the Order Details page and select "View Rating." After 30 days, the rating is permanent and cannot be changed.
Resolving Rating Disagreements
If a user feels a rating does not accurately reflect the transaction, we recommend the following steps:
Use the G2G Chat system to contact the other party politely.
Explain your concerns and try to reach a mutual understanding.
- If the rater agrees to change the rating, they may do so themselves using the "View Rating" button on the Order Details page, provided the 30-day editing window is still open.
Please note: G2G Support cannot intervene in these discussions or manually change a rating, even if both parties reach an agreement after the editing window has closed.
