Seller did not deliver within the promised delivery time. What should I do?

While the majority of orders at G2G are delivered on time, some orders may be delivered after the specified time frame. In these exceptional cases, we encourage buyers to continue to work directly with sellers to successfully coordinate the completion of the transaction by contacting the seller using G2G Web Chat. The order will not be automatically closed and delivery may still be successfully completed. We strongly encouraged you to give the seller the duration of their delivery period to fulfill the order.


In the event that the you no longer wishes to wait after the seller's promised delivery time frame has passed, you may request to cancel the order.
