GamerProtect ensures that sellers will fulfill your order as described.
- GamerProtect will cover a buyer's purchase when:
- The buyer did not receive their order.
- The item received by the buyer does not match the product description.
- GamerProtect does not cover the following:
- Buyers have verified and confirmed the receipt of their order.
- Buyer's remorse.
- Transactions made outside of G2G Marketplace.
- Any amendments made by the game developer or publisher after the delivery has been successfully completed.
- Fraudulent Claims
GamerProtect does not cover fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and permanently suspend a buyer's account for filing fraudulent claims.
- Confirming Receipt
Buyers must confirm the receipt of their order only after verifying that the item received matches the product description and is in working condition. Confirming receipt indicates that you are satisfied with your purchase and agree to release the payment to the seller.
- Acceptance of Goods/Services
The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the purchased goods and/or services if no claims, issues, or complaints are raised within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery. Refunds will not be issued for orders where the payment has already been released to the seller.
- Sale Contracts
All sale contracts are strictly between the seller and the buyer. G2G may assist in the event of a dispute after the sale contract is concluded, but G2G is not responsible or liable in any way for the sale contracts.
- Dispute Response
In the event of a trading dispute, buyers have 48 hours to respond to our request for information and provide evidence for validation. The dispute will be closed if the buyer fails to respond within the stipulated time frame.
- Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
GamerProtect does not cover payment disputes or chargebacks. We will cease our investigation and will not entertain any further refund requests if such issues arise.
- Not a Product Warranty
GamerProtect is not a product warranty.
