G2G Account Sign Up Guide and Troubleshooting Tips

  1. At G2G homepage, click one the "Sign Up" button at the menu.
  2. You can then directly sign up by connecting to Facebook, Google, Twitter or PayPal.
  3. Alternatively, you may also sign up an account by providing your mobile number.


  1. We only accept registrations with mobile phone numbers. Fixed-line and VOIP numbers will not receive OTP.
  2. If you are using a mobile phone but have not received SMS OTP or are prompted with "Limit exceeded," please contact support and provide a complete phone number including the international code for us to investigate.
  3. If you receive a "try again later" message due to attempting OTP requests too frequently, you can reapply after 24 hours or contact support with a complete phone number including the international code for us to investigate.
  4. If the phone number is already registered, we recommend using the login feature and using "Forgot Password" to recover the G2G account associated with the phone. The password recovery email will be sent to the registered email. If you have never registered a G2G account or no longer use the previously linked email, please contact support and provide phone bills from the past 3 months to verify your identity.
  5. If you receive a "Phone number blacklisted" message, in this case, you will need to register with a new phone number as this is the only solution. Please note that this restriction is not imposed by G2G, and unfortunately, we are unable to assist further with this issue.
