How Do I Delete My Account?

While we hope you’ll continue enjoying your experience on G2G, we understand that you may wish to take a break or close your account.

If you’d like to deactivate or permanently delete your account, please follow the instructions below.


Account Deletion Requirements

You can only request account deletion if the following conditions are met:

  • There are no ongoing delivery disputes

  • There are no orders in verification or processing — all orders must be fully completed

  • There are no payment disputes

  • There are no outstanding payments


14-Day Grace Period

  • Once you submit a deletion request, you will have 14 days to reverse the decision

  • After 14 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted

  • The deletion process may take up to 2 days to complete

  • G2G will retain transactional data as required by legal and tax obligations


For PC Users

  • Please contact G2G Customer Support to delete your account

  • You will need to provide:

    • The email address linked to your G2G account

    • The reason for your account deletion request

  • Be sure to use the same email address or account you originally registered with

  • If you contact support using a different email, we may require identity verification


For Mobile App Users

  • You can delete your account directly within the mobile app

  • No need to contact customer support
