Please note that account deletion is only possible under the following conditions:
There is no ongoing delivery dispute.
No orders are in the verification or processing stage. All orders must be completed.
There are no payment disputes.
There are no outstanding payments.
Once you’ve submitted your account deletion request, you have a 14-day grace period during which you can reinstate your account. After this period, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our system. The deletion process may take up to 2 days. However, we will retain transactional data to fulfill our legal and tax obligations.
Additional notes:
PC users need to contact customer support to delete their account, while mobile app users can delete their account directly without contacting support.
If you are a PC user, you’ll need to provide the email address linked to the G2G account you want to delete, along with the reason for deleting the account.
When contacting support, please use the email address or account you originally registered with on G2G. If you use a different email, customer support may need to verify your identity.
