If You Did Not Request Multiple OTPs
If you are receiving OTPs that you did not request, please contact our Customer Support immediately. Our team will investigate the issue and help secure your account.
Temporary Hold Duration
The length of the hold is determined based on detected risk patterns. Please wait a few minutes before attempting to request another OTP.
Troubleshooting OTP Delivery (SMS/Email)
If you are not receiving your OTP, try the following steps:
Ensure you have sufficient network coverage.
Check whether G2G messages are blocked or filtered.
Confirm that your email address is entered correctly.
Check all email folders, including spam and promotions.
Temporarily disable any antivirus or security software.
Ensure your inbox has available storage space.
Try using a different device with the same SIM card.
Restart your device and try again.
