Purpose of OTP Verification:

OTP Request Restrictions:

Multiple OTP requests within a short period trigger a temporary hold on OTP generation to prevent potential security breaches.

If You Didn't Request Multiple OTPs:

Contact our customer support immediately to investigate and secure your account.

The hold duration varies to neutralize potential threats. Please wait before requesting another OTP.

Troubleshooting OTP Delivery (SMS/Email):

If you don't receive an OTP:

  1. Verify network coverage.
  2. Check spam/block settings for G2G.
  3. Ensure your email address is correct.
  4. Check all email folders (spam, promotions, etc.).
  5. Temporarily disable antivirus software.
  6. Ensure sufficient inbox storage.
  7. Try a different device with your SIM.
  8. Restart your device.
