An NIB is Indonesia’s official business identification number, issued by the government through the Online Single Submission (OSS) platform. Indonesian sellers, both enterprise and individual, can register for an NIB directly through OSS.
Note: G2G does not operate the OSS system. Sellers register for an NIB directly through OSS, and G2G does not register on behalf of sellers.
Timeline for Submitting Your NIB
For your information, the government has set timelines for submitting an NIB for businesses selling through electronic systems:
- Joined before 8 June 2026: submit your NIB by 8 December 2027.
- Joined on or after 8 June 2026: within 6 months of your registration date.
Please check the official OSS website for the latest terms. We encourage you to register for your NIB as early as possible.
How to Register for an NIB
The Online Single Submission (OSS) is an integrated system run by the Indonesian government to process NIB registration. Follow these steps to register your NIB:
- Visit the official OSS website at oss.go.id.
- Create an OSS account by following the login registration guide.
- Select “Manage NIB” and follow the NIB registration guide.
- Once your NIB is issued, download your NIB document.
