Preparation Before Starting
- Enable camera permissions
Ensure your device’s camera access is enabled, the lens is unobstructed, and the camera is functioning properly. - Prepare your identification documents
Only physical documents are accepted. Please prepare a valid government-issued ID, such as:- Driver’s license
- Passport
- ID card
- Adjust your environment
Make sure the lighting is even. Avoid environments that are too dark or too bright.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Choose your device and start the process
If your phone camera cannot complete the capture, switch to a computer.
If your computer camera cannot complete the capture, switch to a mobile device or continue on mobile:
Scan the QR code displayed on the screen using your smartphone or tablet.
How to scan the QR code:
iOS: Use the built-in Camera app or any QR code-enabled app.
Android: Use any app that supports QR code scanning.
2. Select country/region and document type
Ensure the selected country/region and document type match the ID you are uploading.
3. Capture the front of your document
Place the document within the camera frame and ensure:
The image is clear
There is no glare or reflection
All text is legible
Click the capture button to take the photo.
4. Confirm or retake
If there is an issue with the captured image:
Click “Try again”, or
Select “Continue With mobile”
5. Capture the back of your document (if applicable)
Follow the same steps to capture the back side of your ID.
6. Verify and submit document information
The system will automatically extract information from your document. Please review carefully:
If all details are correct, click “Submit Information” to complete verification.
If there are any discrepancies, correct them manually before submitting.
7. Selfie verification
Before starting, review the on-screen instructions and ensure your setup meets the following requirements:
Keep your face within the frame
Look directly at the camera with a straight (horizontal) angle
Avoid side profiles or overly tilted shots
Do not wear sunglasses, hats, or anything that covers your face
If you wear glasses, ensure there are no reflections on the lenses
Use a plain background or a bright wall
Ensure proper lighting (avoid dark or overexposed environments)
Click “Start Now”. The system will begin a 5-second countdown before capturing.
8. Follow on-screen instructions
During the capture, look at the camera and follow any simple prompts (e.g., smiling).
9. Wait for capture
The system will capture the photo after the countdown. Do not exit the process until it is completed. If verification fails, you will need to try again.
10. Completion notification
Once all images are successfully submitted and verified, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the process is complete.
