All sellers are required to keep a video recording for every trade conducted in-game for World of Warcraft Classic, including Cataclysm Classic and Gold (ERA).
While screenshots may still be submitted upon order completion, in the case of a dispute or order issue, only video proof will be accepted as valid evidence of delivery.
Video Recording Requirements
- The video must begin at the character login screen. It must clearly display:
- Whether the version is Cataclysm Classic or World of Warcraft Classic
- The character ID and Realm of the buyer
- The character ID of all visible players involved in the trade
- If using mailbox delivery, the seller must:
- Open the Social Window by pressing the default shortcut key “O”
- Then open the Ignore list to prove the buyer’s character is not on the ignore list
- The entire computer screen must be captured in the video — not just the game window.
- After the trade is complete and the seller logs out:
- The logout screen must display the server location of the character
- The server list must be visible
- For Cataclysm Classic and WOW Classic Gold (ERA), it is mandatory to show the server status on the logout screen after delivery.
