Required Delivery Proof Elements
Sellers must capture delivery proof clearly showing the following information:
Recipient's name
Quantity delivered
Item name or description
Server name
Trade completion notification
System message confirming the delivery has been completed
These details should be captured via screenshots or video recordings that are clear, readable, and timestamped where possible.
Additional Information
Upload delivery proof only through the Sold Order page upon completion of the order.
Delivery proof sent via email will no longer be accepted.
If no proof is uploaded within the required time frame, it will be treated as unsubmitted, and G2G will make decisions accordingly in any dispute.Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, mp4, 3gp, mov, wmv, avi, flv
File size limit: 100MB per file
Upload limit: 150 files per order
For orders above USD 500, sellers must retain and submit video proof of delivery.
Some games may require video proof regardless of the transaction amount.
Please refer to this guideline for more details.Screenshots verifying the successful completion of the transaction must be included as part of the delivery proof.
All images or videos must clearly display the buyer’s character ID, along with the quantity before and after delivery.
If your screenshots or videos are not in English, include a brief translation or explanation of the content.
G2G reserves the right to cancel orders if false, misleading, or insufficient delivery proof is provided.
