If the item does not show the seller’s character name, confirm the item details with the buyer to ensure only one listing matches

Additional Submission Guidelines
Upload delivery proof promptly on the Sold Order page.
If proof is not submitted on time or not found in the order page, it will be treated as no proof submitted.Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, mp4, 3gp, mov, wmv, avi, flv
Max file size: 100MB per file
Max upload: 150 files per order
For orders over USD 500, a video proof must be kept.
