Top Up Delivery Proof Requirement

Note: This is a general guideline. Each game may have unique delivery proof requirements. Please follow any specific instructions based on the game.


Required Delivery Proof

  1. Sellers must provide a screenshot of the platform or website used to perform the top-up.

  2. Sellers must provide a screenshot showing the top-up details, including:

    • Quantity delivered

    • User ID

    • Timestamp

    • Server information

  3. If the required information cannot be displayed clearly in a single screenshot, sellers must submit a video recording as proof instead.


Additional Information

  1. Upload delivery proof immediately through the Sold Order page upon completing the order.
    Delivery proof sent via email will not be accepted.
    If proof is not uploaded within the required time frame, it will be treated as unsubmitted, and decisions will be made accordingly in the event of a dispute.

    • Supported formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, mp4, 3gp, mov, wmv, avi, flv

    • File size limit: 100MB per file

    • Upload limit: 150 files per order

  2. For orders over USD 500, sellers are required to retain a video recording as proof.
    Some games may require video proof regardless of the amount. Please refer to this guideline for details.

  3. All screenshots validating the transaction must also be included.

  4. If screenshots or video content is not in English, a brief translation or explanation must be provided.

  5. G2G reserves the right to cancel the order if the seller submits incorrect, incomplete, or falsified delivery proof.
