Diablo IV: Delivery Proof Requirement

Gold Delivery

  1. The buyer’s BattleTag must match the one shown in the Sold Order.

    If the full tag (with hashtag and numbers) is not shown in-game, sellers should show it via the Battle.net App:

  2. Display total gold in the seller’s backpack and the offer before trading.

  3. The gold amount sent must match the quantity on the Sold Order.

  4. After adding gold, the amount will appear in the offer tab. Seller must then Lock In Offer.

  5. Seller must accept the trade after locking in the offer.

  6. Show total gold in seller’s backpack after trade completion.

  7. Display the notification that confirms trade has been completed.

Item Delivery

  1. The buyer’s BattleTag must match the Sold Order.

    If not visible in-game, show the full tag via Battle.net App:

  2. Show the seller’s equipment list before trade.

  3. Place the item(s) for trade. The item details must match the Sold Order.

  4. After placing items, click Lock In Offer.

  5. Seller must accept the trade after locking in the offer.

  6. Show the notification confirming trade completion.

  7. Show current list of tradable and untradable items. Note that equipped items cannot be traded.

  8. If an item is untradable, it will be marked as Account Bound in its tooltip.
